1 cup oat flour
4 scoops Bubs Naturals protein powder
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg white
Combine all ingredients.
Form into balls (about the size of a quarter, as they will spread), and place onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes (until edges are crispy).
