From personal experience and from my sister's use of the powder too, your mind clears up and you feel more focused, your need to munch and snack between meals goes WAY down, your food intake requirements decrease, and life becomes better. I wanted to try this, since I had something similar with Black Rifle's RTD, which has MCT oil in it(which I suspect they got from Bub's), but I wanted to use it in tea and other drinks. Worth buying and getting a membership for it.
