INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ½ cups rice flour
  • 6 scoops Bubs Naturals protein powder
  • ⅔ cup organic turbinado raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients, and gently stir in blueberries last.

  2. Pour into 9” loaf pan and top with more blueberries.

  3. Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes (until middle is cooked through).
