Legend says a 9th-century goat herder noticed his goats became energetic after eating the plant. This region is one of our favorites because of Africa’s rich history, its ideal growing climate, and its unique flavor profiles. Our beans are roasted in Southern California where we have perfected the roasting process. This showcases the high-quality Ethiopian flavors. Also, it pays homage to BUBS’ connections to the region.
