These hydration packets are awesome and work fantastically. I am a Lineman in Georgia, and during the summer in years past I have dealt with muscle cramps and fog brain from dehydration. This is to be expected when working in hot/humid conditions in rubber gloves, but I started drinking one packet of Hydrate or Die in the morning and one during the middle of the day and I have not had any dehydration symptoms despite the relentless heat. I am very glad to have discovered this product.
