I have 3 scoops with hot water every morning. I feel great throughout the day, and have been recovering well from cross training workouts and weightlifting. My appetite is finally under control, and I am finally losing weight.
I've been using Collagen Peptides for 6 months. I use one scoop a day in my morning coffee. I have noticed a marked diminish in joint and muscle aches, especially my hands.
Started using this somewhat consistently and I have noticed a huge difference in the thickness of my finger nails. They are less brittle and they are growing faster. I'm male and close to 50. My mom who is early 70's says she has noticed a difference as well. N=2... Worth trying in my view.
