First six months to year saw improvement in many areas. Seem to have plateaued some. Unless there are things getting better that I'm not noticing. Do I need to use more? Doing 1 scoop per day.

This product is easy to dissolve and I believe it's helping some bc my nails are a bit stronger, but I haven't noticed much of a change in my skin which is the primary reason I bought it.
