Great quality, easy to add to current supplementation to add in support of post-op rehab for ACL/LCL.
It works great in my elbow tendons n injury, also noticed that even my digestion is much better. I’m happy. Still waiting for my mixer.
So far so good. Been taking it mixed with my coffee for about a month. Haven’t seen/felt the results yet. But it’s my understanding that it takes up to 8 weeks to truly feel the effects. I will say that it mixes well and is in fact tasteless. I’m hoping to feel some of the joint health benefits in the near future. Plan to stay the course.

I want this to work so badly but I cannot tell any difference so far. I am on the fence about trying another month.
