beat the unhealthy craving mode

I like it when coming off a 3-4 hr shift with my industrial weed eater with water and sweat pouring through and off me from maintaining balance and rattlesnake awareness on a 45 degree slope on a 100 degree morning after slamming 2-3 cokes and gallons of water throughout the shift... The MCT Oil hits mainline

as my body completely absorbs it... it is best topped off with some chilled homemade chicken stock after a shower and a few hrs to lower my core temp.
