I have early onset degenerative arthritis and was just going through the rounds of testing stuff to see what worked. I tried the whole MSM, chondroitin, etc. stuff with no real noticeable results. Thought I’d give this a shot. And I hate being this guy, but in like a week I noticed the edge was taken off my joint pain. If you mix with warm or hot water it melts right in. Has a taste but certainly nothing awful. Fully intended to continue using.
My arthritis doesn't hust as bad . Definitely can't go without it !
