After 8 weeks or more of hydrating as needed to counter sweat and mineral loss from exercise, I’ve found that the hydrate or die product has really helped my muscle recovery, especially when used in combination with BUBS Collagen Protein. It’s amazing! No longer dying of thirst after a 45 minute jog, like I use to. I usually drink mine in the evening before bed to ensure a lot less muscle soreness in the mornings from lack of hydration and minerals. It works and tastes great!

OMG!!!.. if you are a Coconut "lover"- this product needs to be on your list. Taste is outstanding, sweet, and slightly salty.. The product works well for hydration, the only downside if you call it a downside, it only comes in 18 single packets per bag. The packets can be stashed or carried easily for a quick access. Great product/ Price is ok but not the best for the amount of milligrams per packet compared to other companies
