If you're looking to try collagen or this brand, start here. Easy to use and mix. Dissolves quickly and thoroughly. I started taking BUBS collagen 2 years ago and couldn't run more than 20 minutes without my knees aching for days. I add collagen every morning in my coffee or tea and noticed within a month or so that my recovery improved and joints felt fine. Over time I upped my intensity and mileage and just finished my first 10K where I placed 1st in my age group. I had my meniscus removed in 1998. In 2018 my knee started being arthritic.
